The Proper way of Drink Water

THE PROPER WAY OF DRINK  WATER

Water is a transparent, tasteless  odourless and nearly chemical substance, chemical formula of water is H2O, means each of molecules contain oxygen and Hydrogen. 

Mostly person doesn't know how to drink water so, let us know the important fact of your life. 

Does you know in which place water is present? We generally know, 60% of water male  stored and 55% of water female stored. 
Some water present in our kidney, bladder,liver, stomach and spinal cord.
Brain and heart made up of 75% of water,80% kidney could have.
But mostly water stored in our cells, as you know we the bone which looking solid but in this 33% of water present.
It means we should stay without for 3days  food but without water we couldn't survive only a single day.
Now I would elaborate to my topic.
As you know  how much water is important to for us.so, we should the some rules -

1) way of drinking
2) correct time for driking
3) Amount of water

Water may effect good and bad for us so, its important for us to follow rules.
More than 40 disease have only by water such as Migraine, dots, stomach pain, etc.

A person suffer by unwilling not know how to proper drink, sometimes a person drink unwilling in bad way such as
Drink water when he standing, neck up, rapidly.

PROFIT TO PROPER DRINK WATER-

If you changed you habit of drink water so, have easy for you to cure from mostly diseases such as stomach pain, pain on bones, headache, etc  It happen when you changed a way of it. After  sometimes you notice how you feel.
Water sometime pause on fibres and difficult to released, why it happen? It's happen only by not proper drink.
If you drink in proper way so, without exercise you able to lose  weight easily.

RULES TO PROPER DRINK WATER -

1) An individual should take 3l of water in a day, when you get up you drink a 2-3glass (500ml) of water.
Why am I say? As at morning, different enzymes present  on your mouth which helpful for us, that is digestion. When you drink so, enzymes goes on your stomach.



2) You should drink water  at 30 minute before eating and after eating. 
Why am I say? Because when you drink along with meal, so water mixed with meal and convert into complex form mean it increase the concentration of meal 
and become thick. By this way, an individual should have a problem  of digesting.

Now, how to drink water,  some people thought  that water should be rapidly that good for him but its not true, why?

Water should be drink like a juice, cold drink. If you drink slowly so water enter in short way that's good.
