A child with full of heavy weight and goes for playing then every tiny, small, big insulted to him. So, he decided to leave that place and suddenly his friend called him for playing a football ⚽ slowly slowly have a wide change. What was a change or tips as-
1) Morning 🚶walk.

To sit in a padmasana and look straight forward press your stomach in and out and after sometime take a deep breath.
4)Take a good nutritious diet and leave to junk food first time is difficult but it deserves you.
As we know, Fatty person are more attracted towards junk or idle food.
5)Drink a 2L of water 💦 in a day and more deserve.
6)Make a habit to eat food 3 times a day why am I say as if you don't eat breakfast or lunch so, you eat much food as your amount and finally, you become a fatigue person.
Person think I don't eat at breakfast so I become a slim drim and whatever but its a wrong concept mostly women should think and become a fatigue people.
I am a experienced person, if you want to cure from your problem so asked without hesitation.
Daily Manue, eat 8chapati a day and some amount of rice, etc. But I meant to say you don't eat a fibre food it attractive but harmful.
